As you will see, 40 Days for Life Alexandria is bearing fruit even before the campaign begins!"A week ago, I posted two lawn signs by the two entrances of our driveway. We live on a corner, so the signs are visible from every direction.
"My housemate, Eric, told me that a woman stopped by who worked for a home security company. She was going door to door to talk to residents about home security systems.
"As she was about to leave, she asked what the signs meant ("Pray to end abortion"). She then revealed that she was pregnant and, while her boyfriend was supportive, his family was constantly calling her and texting her to have an abortion.
"The woman said that while the pregnancy was unplanned, it wasn't unwanted. She is studying to be a nurse. My friend didn't have any information for her, so he gave her the website for 40 Days for Life.
"The woman's name is Amber. Please pray for her and her unborn baby, as well as her boyfriend and their families."
