We now have a grand total of $60 for our own projected sign collection, and still need an estimated $240. We are getting there! Please let me know if you would like to help contribute towards paying for these signs. I know that this project is important to you, but if you are not able to make a financial contribution please do not feel bad in any way. As we have seen so many times the Lord always provides!

Attendees: Please confirm!
So far there are a few people signed up to attend. However, please confirm with Jacinta at jacinta.40days@gmail.com if possible the days and stops you will be able to attend. I encourage you to consider attending all six FTT stops this weekend of sacrificial pro-life witness in our community. Carpooling is definitely an option for Saturday, and as many people as possible at each stop will enable a more complete line-up of signs and witness for life. Please let me know if you can be with us this month; your presence will definitely make a difference!

40DFLA Sponsors Prolife Billboard on Rt. 1

Image of billboard to run on Route 1 near Fairhaven
Avenue for four weeks beginning July 30.
40 Days for Life Alexandria has joined with a new pro-life local effort to sponsor a pro-life billboard near Huntington Metro on Route 1 just one mile south of the beltway.

The board is scheduled to run through four weeks beginning July 30, and will contain an image of an African-American father and the words "A Father's Joy" along with our 24-hr helpline: 1-800-848-LOVE.

This project is the first of a new effort, the Alexandria Prolife Billboard project, which seeks to promote similar billboard messages around Alexandria and the surrounding vicinity. Pro-lifers are invited to pledge monthly support to sponsor future efforts of this kind. For more information visit the Alexandria Prolife Billboard project at www.alexandriavaprolifebillboards.com.
