A meeting will be held at St. Mary's Lyceum, 313 Duke Street in Alexandria, at 7:30 p.m. on Thursday, August 23, to reorganize the Alexandria local chapter of the VA Society for Human Life, which is the state branch of the National Right to Life Committee. This organization seeks to build a culture of life on the local level through grassroots pro-life activities focused on education, legislation, and politics, etc. The guest speaker and meeting facilitator will be National Right to Life field coordinator Jonathan Rogers.
